Actions verbs you should know!
Here is a table of 12 action verbs that describe everyday activities:

Make a sentence using the Simple Past tense:
Here are some ways you can start – or end – a sentence to describe an action that has already happened:
Yesterday, Last night, Last week, Two days ago, Last year, This morning, When I was young, On Wednesday, etc.
Examples:
– Last night I slept for nine hours!
– I ate two pieces of toast this morning.
– When I was young, I read a lot.

Make a sentence using the Present Continuous tense:
The Present Continuous tense (sometimes called the Present Progressive) is usually used to describe an action that is happening right now. What action are you taking at this moment?
Examples:
– I am writing this blog.
– You are reading this blog.
– She is listening to a podcast.

Make a sentence using the Simple Future tense:
Here are some ways you can start – or end – a sentence that will describe an action that you plan to take in the future:
Tomorrow, Next week, Next year, This afternoon, Tonight, When I’m older, When I finish work, etc.
Examples:
– I will write a new blog post tomorrow.
– Next week he will teach at McGill University.
– When you get older, you will eat more nutritious meals.
